Products and Ordering
How do I choose the right display for my event?
Start by considering the size of your exhibit space, how often you plan to use the display, whether you need lighting and how easily the display must be transported.
Our product pages include dimensions, package options, graphic information and recommended applications. Contact us if you need help comparing products or building a complete display package.
Are your displays sold with the frame and graphic?
Most products are available in several package configurations, which may include:
- Complete display with frame and printed graphic
- Frame only
- Replacement graphic only
- Single-sided or double-sided graphic options
- Carrying case or transport bag, when applicable
The available options are shown directly on each product page.
Can I order replacement graphics without purchasing a new frame?
Yes. Replacement graphics are available for many of our display systems.
Make sure you select the correct product model and size. Graphics made for one display system may not fit another frame, even when the overall dimensions appear similar.
Contact us before ordering if you are unsure which replacement graphic you need.
Can I order a frame without graphics?
Frame-only options are available for many products. Check the package options on the product page or contact us for assistance.
Are your products reusable?
Yes. Most Graphic Stands display systems are designed for repeated use.
The frame can usually be reused while the printed graphics are replaced whenever you update your branding, promotion or event message.
Do you offer custom-sized displays?
Some products are available in custom sizes, while others are manufactured only in standard dimensions.
Contact us with your required width, height, application and event date. We will confirm whether a custom solution is available.
Can you help me create a complete trade show booth?
Yes. We can help you combine backdrops, counters, banner stands, light boxes and accessories into a coordinated display package.
Send us your booth dimensions, event requirements and preferred style, and we will recommend suitable options.
Artwork and Printing
What file formats do you accept?
Vector artwork is preferred whenever possible.
Recommended file formats include:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Print-ready PDF
- EPS
- High-resolution TIFF
- High-resolution JPEG
Files created in other programs may require additional preparation before production.
What resolution should my images be?
Raster images should generally have an effective resolution of 72–125 DPI at the final printed size, unless the product-specific artwork template states otherwise.
Artwork prepared at a reduced scale requires proportionally higher resolution. For example, artwork prepared at 50% scale should generally have approximately 144–250 DPI.
Higher resolution does not improve an image that is originally small, compressed, blurry or low quality.
What colour mode should I use?
Artwork should preferably be prepared in CMYK colour mode.
RGB files can be converted for printing, but some colours may appear different after conversion.
Do I need to include bleed?
Yes. Most printed graphics require bleed.
The required artwork dimensions and bleed may vary by product. Always use the artwork template provided for the exact product and size you are ordering.
Where can I find the artwork template?
Artwork templates are available on applicable product pages or can be requested from our team.
Always confirm that you are using the correct template for the selected size and graphic configuration.
Should I outline my fonts?
Yes. Convert all fonts to outlines before submitting your artwork.
This helps prevent missing-font issues and ensures that your text prints as designed.
Can Graphic Stands check my artwork?
We review submitted files for basic production requirements such as dimensions, bleed, resolution and obvious file issues.
Our standard review does not include proofreading, spelling correction, design verification or confirmation of content accuracy.
The customer remains responsible for approving all artwork, text, colours, dimensions and graphic placement.
Do you offer graphic design services?
Graphic design and artwork preparation may be available for an additional fee.
Send us your logo, text, images and design requirements for an estimate.
Will printed colours match my screen exactly?
Not always.
Screens display colours using RGB light, while printed graphics use CMYK inks. Monitor settings, materials, lighting and printing processes can all affect colour appearance.
For colour-sensitive projects, contact us before production to discuss proofing or colour-matching options.
Will I receive a proof before printing?
A digital proof may be provided when required.
The proof is intended to confirm layout, content and general positioning. Screen proofs are not an exact representation of printed colour.
Production begins after the required artwork approval is received.
Production
How long does production take?
Production time varies depending on the product, quantity, artwork status and current production schedule.
The estimated production time begins after:
- The order has been confirmed
- Payment requirements have been completed
- Print-ready artwork has been received
- Any required proof has been approved
Production time does not include shipping or delivery time.
Can you accommodate a rush order?
Rush production may be available for certain products.
Contact us before placing the order with the product, quantity, destination and required delivery date. Rush availability is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.
When does my production time begin?
Production begins only after all order requirements are complete, including approved artwork and payment.
Delays in submitting artwork or approving proofs may affect the estimated completion date.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
Changes may not be possible after artwork approval, printing or production has started. Additional charges may apply if materials have already been ordered or production work has begun.
Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship to locations across Canada and the United States. Shipping availability may vary for remote destinations or oversized products.
Contact us for assistance with special delivery requirements.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the product, package size, weight, destination and selected delivery method.
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout or confirmed as part of your quotation.
Does production time include shipping?
No. Production time and shipping time are separate.
Allow enough time for both production and transit when planning for an event.
Can you guarantee delivery before my event?
We make every effort to meet the estimated schedule, but carrier delays, weather, customs, incorrect addresses and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery.
Order early and allow additional time before your event whenever possible.
Will I receive tracking information?
Tracking information is provided when available after the order has shipped.
Some multi-package orders may arrive in separate shipments or on different days.
What should I do when my order arrives?
Inspect all packages as soon as possible.
Check for:
- Visible shipping damage
- Missing packages
- Missing components
- Incorrect items
- Damage to the frame or printed graphics
Keep all packaging materials and take clear photos if there is a problem.
What should I do if my shipment is damaged?
Report visible damage as soon as possible.
Keep the original packaging and provide photos of:
- The shipping box
- The shipping label
- The damaged area
- The complete product
- Any affected components
Do not discard damaged items or packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
Assembly and Use
Are the displays easy to assemble?
Most of our portable display systems are designed for fast, tool-free or minimal-tool assembly.
Assembly methods vary by product. Review the product instructions before your event and perform a test setup in advance.
Are assembly instructions included?
Assembly instructions are included with many products or available digitally.
Contact us if you need instructions for a specific display model.
Can one person assemble the display?
Many smaller displays can be assembled by one person.
Larger backdrops, light boxes and modular booth systems may require two people for safe and proper installation.
Can the graphics remain installed during storage?
This depends on the display system.
Some fabric graphics may remain attached during storage, while SEG graphics, rigid panels and certain printed components should be removed and packed separately.
Follow the care instructions for your specific product.
Are your displays suitable for outdoor use?
Only products specifically identified as outdoor displays should be used outside.
Indoor displays may not be designed for wind, rain, moisture, direct sunlight or uneven surfaces.
Never use an indoor display outdoors unless the product page clearly states that it is suitable for outdoor use.
How should I clean my printed graphics?
Use gentle cleaning methods and avoid harsh chemicals.
For most fabric graphics:
- Use a soft cloth or lint roller for light dust
- Spot-clean carefully with mild soap and cold water
- Avoid bleach and strong cleaners
- Allow the graphic to dry completely before storage
Cleaning instructions may vary by material.
How should I store my display?
Clean and dry all components before storage.
Store the display indoors in a cool, dry location. Avoid excessive heat, moisture, sharp objects and heavy items placed on top of the graphics or frame.
Use the supplied carrying case or bag whenever possible.
Returns, Damage and Warranty
Can I return a custom-printed product?
Custom-printed products are produced specifically for your order and are generally not returnable unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or production error.
Review all product details and approve artwork carefully before production.
Can I return an unprinted item?
Return eligibility depends on the item, its condition and the reason for the return.
Contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
What happens if I ordered the wrong size?
Customers are responsible for confirming product sizes, graphic dimensions and package options before ordering.
Custom graphics produced in the wrong size because of an incorrect customer selection may not be eligible for return or replacement.
Contact us immediately and we will help determine the available options.
What if there is a printing or manufacturing problem?
Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos.
We will review the concern and determine the appropriate solution based on the nature of the problem.
Are normal wear and tear covered?
Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper assembly, outdoor exposure, incorrect storage and unauthorized modifications are generally not considered manufacturing defects.
Handle all components carefully and follow the product instructions.
Payments and Order Confirmation
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout or included in your quotation.
Orders may require full payment or a deposit before production begins.
When is my order confirmed?
An order is considered confirmed once all required payment, artwork and approval steps have been completed.
Adding an item to your cart or submitting an inquiry does not reserve production capacity.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. An order confirmation is sent after a successful online order.
Review the confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.
