Artwork Options

You may upload completed artwork when placing your order or send it to us afterward. Print-ready vector artwork is recommended for the cleanest reproduction of logos, text and brand elements.

Important logos and text must remain inside the safe area and away from the mounting slots.

Digital Proof Approval

A digital proof will be provided before production. Please review all logos, colours, spelling, contact information and positioning carefully.

Production begins only after the proof has been approved. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or production delays.

Multiple Dealership Locations

Dealership groups can order inserts with unique branding for different locations. Since each design requires a separate production setup, orders containing multiple designs may require a custom quote.

Vector artwork is strongly recommended for dealership logos, text and other brand elements. All fonts should be converted to outlines, and linked images should be embedded.

Artwork Setup

• Colour mode: CMYK preferred

• Resolution: Minimum 150 DPI at full size; 300 DPI recommended

• Bleed: Extend backgrounds and images beyond the trim line when indicated on the artwork template

• Safe area: Keep important text, logos and contact information away from the edges and mounting slots

• Front printing only

Uploading Your Artwork

You may upload your artwork directly on the product page when placing your order. If your file is too large or not ready at checkout, you may send it after your order has been submitted.

Please include your order number whenever artwork is submitted separately.

Digital Proof

A digital proof will be provided before production. The proof allows you to verify:

• Logo placement

• Colours

• Spelling

• Phone numbers and website addresses

• Overall layout

• Mounting-slot positioning

Please review the proof carefully. Production will begin only after written approval is received.

Production Time

The estimated production time begins after final artwork approval—not on the original order date. Delays in submitting artwork or approving the proof will affect the completion date.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order quantity, artwork requirements and current production volume. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm event, campaign or vehicle-delivery deadline.

Artwork Changes

Minor file adjustments may be completed when possible. Artwork requiring recreation, logo tracing, layout design or extensive corrections may be subject to an additional design fee.

We will contact you for approval before completing any chargeable design work.

Multiple Designs or Locations

The selected quantity includes one identical design. Different artwork for multiple dealership locations may require separate quantity selections or a custom quote.

Contact us with the quantity and artwork required for each location, and we will recommend the most economical ordering method.

Colour Notice

Printed colours may vary slightly from colours displayed on monitors and mobile devices. Exact colour matching is not guaranteed unless specific colour requirements are reviewed before production.

Before Installation

Confirm that the insert and its mounting slots fit the vehicle’s mounting location before installation. Vehicle mounting configurations may vary.

Remove any existing temporary plate, promotional insert or obstruction from the mounting area. Ensure the mounting surface is clean and that the correct mounting hardware is available.

Installation Instructions

1. Position the insert against the vehicle’s licence-plate mounting location.

2. Align the appropriate oblong slots with the vehicle’s mounting holes.

3. Insert the vehicle’s existing screws or suitable mounting hardware.

4. Tighten the fasteners evenly until the insert is secure.

5. Confirm that the insert sits flat and does not interfere with sensors, cameras, lights or vehicle components.

Do not overtighten the screws, as excessive pressure may deform the material or damage the mounting slots.

Mounting screws and hardware are not included.

Removing the Insert

Loosen and remove the mounting screws while supporting the insert. Store the screws safely if they will be reused.

Remove the insert before installing the vehicle’s official registration plate or operating the vehicle on public roads when required by law.

Cleaning and Care

• Clean using a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge.

• Use water with mild soap when necessary.

• Wipe gently to avoid scratching the printed surface.

• Allow the insert to air-dry or dry it with a clean, soft cloth.

• Do not use solvents, harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

• Avoid pressure washing the insert at close range.

• Do not scrape the printed surface with sharp tools.

Handling and Storage

Although the polyethylene material is lightweight and slightly flexible, repeated bending, folding or creasing may permanently deform the insert.

When not in use:

• Store the inserts flat.

• Keep them in a clean, dry location.

• Avoid placing heavy objects on top.

• Protect the printed surfaces from rubbing against one another.

• Keep them away from excessive heat and direct sunlight during storage.

Indoor and Outdoor Use

These inserts are ideal for showrooms, indoor vehicle displays, dealership inventory and temporary outdoor promotional use.

Long-term exposure to severe weather, road debris, excessive heat, freezing conditions or continuous sunlight may shorten the product’s lifespan or affect its appearance.

Important Safety and Legal Notice

This product is a promotional dealership insert and is not a government-issued licence plate. It must not cover or replace a legally required registration plate when a vehicle is operated on public roads.
