Four-Sided Backlit SEG Column – QuickGlow Premium Series

Choose from complete display packages, replacement SEG graphics or frame-only hardware. This illuminated column uses four separate vertical fabric panels. Packages containing fewer than four printed graphics include opaque light-blocking panels for the unused faces.

All custom graphics are dye-sublimated and finished with a sewn silicone edge that inserts into the frame channel for a smooth, tightly tensioned appearance.

The existing graphics or light-blocking panels can be reused on the other three faces.

Recommended for: Updating one promotion, product, sponsor or directional message while continuing to use the existing frame and remaining panels.

Graphic Printing Options

Single-Sided Printing

One of the four vertical faces is printed with custom artwork. The remaining three faces use opaque light-blocking SEG panels, directing attention toward the primary viewing side.

Replaceable Graphics

Each SEG panel can be removed and replaced independently without purchasing another frame. This allows individual sides to be updated for new campaigns, promotions, sponsors, directions or events.

Replacement graphics are manufactured specifically for the selected QuickGlow Premium frame size:

• 1.6′ W × 1.6′ D × 6.5′ H
• 2.6′ W × 2.6′ D × 8.2′ H

Graphics designed for other display systems may use different silicone edging, channel positions, dimensions or fabric tension and may not fit correctly. Always use the artwork template corresponding to the selected frame size.

Important Production Notes

• Submit artwork using the Full Artwork Size with Bleed, not the overall display dimensions.
• Each vertical viewing face requires its own correctly sized artwork.
• For a double-sided configuration, supply two artwork files—one for each printed viewing face.
• The two remaining faces must be fitted with compatible opaque SEG panels.
• The top and bottom panels use separate square artwork files.
• Keep logos, text and important design elements inside the template’s designated safe area.
• Prepare artwork in CMYK colour mode at 72–125 DPI at final size.
• Convert fonts to outlines and embed all linked images.
• Supply final artwork as a print-ready PDF.
• Always use the artwork template corresponding to the selected display size.

Before Assembly

• Assemble the display indoors on a clean, dry and level surface.
• Allow sufficient floor space to organize the frame, LED components, graphics and power supplies.
• Confirm that all frame sections, LED light arrays, power supplies, cables and required SEG panels are present.
• Match the numbered frame sections before connecting them.
• Inspect all components for shipping damage. Do not use damaged electrical cables, connectors or power supplies.
• Keep the display disconnected from the electrical outlet throughout assembly.
• Handle SEG graphics with clean, dry hands to prevent marks on the printed fabric.
• Two-person assembly is recommended for the larger 2.6′ W × 2.6′ D × 8.2′ H model.

Tool-Free Assembly Instructions

1. Organize the frame components
   Lay out the numbered aluminum sections and group matching components together.
2. Assemble the top and bottom frames
   Open the folding frame sections and connect the corresponding ends to create the square top and bottom structures. Ensure every connector is fully engaged.
3. Connect the vertical uprights
   Join the matching upper and lower upright sections by inserting the built-in connectors until they lock securely.
4. Build the column structure
   Connect the four vertical uprights to the bottom frame. Position the top frame over the uprights and press each connection firmly into place.
5. Check the assembled frame
   Confirm that the column is square, stable and fully connected before installing the lighting system.
6. Install the LED light arrays
   Attach each LED array to its designated upper and lower frame connections. Extend the lights evenly without twisting the strips or pulling on the wiring. The LED lights must face outward toward the graphic panels.
7. Connect the lighting components
   Connect each LED array to its corresponding power supply. Route the power cable through the designated lower opening so it is not pinched beneath the frame.
8. Install all required SEG panels
   Fit the printed graphics and opaque light-blocking panels before illuminating the display. All faces must be properly covered; do not operate the display with the LEDs exposed.
9. Power on the display
   Place the completed column in its final position, confirm that it is stable, and connect it to a compatible grounded indoor electrical outlet.

No tools are required for standard assembly. The frame uses built-in connectors, and the SEG panels are installed by hand.

Installing and Replacing SEG Graphics

1. Disconnect the display from the electrical outlet before installing or replacing any panel.
2. Identify the correct graphic for each viewing face.
3. Position the graphic with the printed side facing outward.
4. Begin by pressing the silicone edge into the frame channel at all four corners.
5. Insert the silicone edge at the centre of each side.
6. Continue working from the centre toward the corners, alternating sides to distribute the tension evenly.
7. Smooth the fabric as you proceed. Do not stretch or pull the printed fabric excessively.
8. Check that the entire silicone edge is seated evenly and that the graphic is smooth and taut.
9. Repeat the process for every printed graphic and light-blocking panel.
10. To remove a graphic, gently lift the silicone pull tab or one corner and work gradually around the perimeter. Never pull from the centre of the fabric.

If the graphics include directional messaging, confirm their orientation before completing installation.

Graphic Care

• Handle graphics with clean, dry hands.
• Remove loose dust using a clean microfiber cloth or soft fabric brush.
• For minor marks, gently spot-clean with cold water and a small amount of mild detergent.
• Test any cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area first.
• Allow graphics to air-dry completely before installation or storage.
• Do not use bleach, solvents, abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
• Do not machine-dry or apply a hot iron directly to the fabric or silicone edging.
• Minor wrinkles may be relaxed using a garment steamer on a low setting from the unprinted side. Keep the steamer moving and avoid overheating the silicone edge.
• Store graphics loosely rolled whenever possible. Avoid sharp folds, heavy pressure and creasing the silicone edging.

Frame and LED Care

• Disconnect the power before cleaning, moving, disassembling or servicing the display.
• Wipe the aluminum frame with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth, then dry it completely.
• Keep liquids away from LEDs, power supplies, connectors and electrical cables.
• Do not spray cleaner directly onto the frame or lighting components.
• Avoid pulling, twisting or sharply bending LED strips and electrical wiring.
• Inspect cables and connectors before every installation. Stop using the display if any electrical component appears loose, damaged or overheated.
• Use only the supplied or approved power supplies and replacement components.
• Do not place heavy objects against the frame or graphics.
• Allow the LEDs to cool before disassembling or packing the display.
• Contact Graphic Stands for assistance with damaged LED components or electrical parts.

Disassembly and Storage

1. Disconnect the display from the electrical outlet and allow the LEDs to cool.
2. Remove each SEG panel carefully using its pull tab or one corner.
3. Disconnect the power supplies and electrical cables without pulling directly on the wires.
4. Release and remove the LED arrays from their upper and lower mounting points.
5. Remove the top frame from the vertical uprights.
6. Separate the numbered upright sections.
7. Disconnect and fold the top and bottom frame sections.
8. Organize cables and power supplies so they are not tightly bent or compressed.
9. Place the frame, LED components and accessories securely in the wheeled hard case.
10. Store clean, completely dry graphics separately from sharp or heavy hardware whenever possible.

Keep the packed display in a clean, dry, climate-controlled location. Do not store it where it may be exposed to moisture, extreme temperatures or heavy objects.

Indoor or Outdoor Use

The Four-Sided Backlit SEG Column – QuickGlow Premium Series is designed for indoor use only.

It is not waterproof, weather-resistant or engineered for wind exposure. Do not use it outdoors or in areas exposed to rain, snow, condensation, excessive humidity or strong airflow. Position the display on a level, stable surface away from water sources and high-traffic areas where it could be struck or tipped.
