The printed graphic is installed on the front of the frame, while the light-blocking fabric closes the back and helps direct the illumination toward the printed side.

A new single-sided graphic package for customers who already own a compatible QuickGlow Premium 120 mm frame in the same size.

• Full-colour custom printing on the front graphic

• Sewn silicone edging for installation into the compatible frame channels

Not included:

• Aluminum frame

• Power supply or power cord
• Transport bag or case
• Assembly instructions

The replacement graphic must match the exact dimensions and model of your existing QuickGlow Premium frame. Graphics manufactured for other frame profiles or light box systems may not fit correctly.

Recommended for: Customers updating an existing display for a new campaign, product launch, event, sponsor, seasonal promotion or brand refresh while continuing to use the same hardware.

A new double-sided graphic package for customers who already own a compatible QuickGlow Premium 120 mm frame in the same size.

Package includes:

The same artwork may be printed on both graphics, or separate artwork can be supplied for each side.

The replacement graphics must be ordered in the exact same size as the existing QuickGlow Premium frame. Confirm the frame model and assembled dimensions before placing your order.

Recommended for: Customers who already own a double-sided QuickGlow Premium light box and want to display new illuminated artwork on both sides without replacing the hardware.

Important Compatibility Information

Replacement graphics are manufactured specifically for the selected QuickGlow Premium 120 mm frame size. Before ordering a graphic-only package, confirm that your existing hardware is the same series, profile and assembled dimensions.

Graphics made for tension-tube backdrops, pop-up displays or other SEG frame systems are not guaranteed to fit. Transport packaging and the number of internal support components may vary according to the selected display size.

The 10 ft x 8 ft Backlit SEG Light Box features a modular 120 mm aluminum frame designed for fast, tool-free assembly. Push-button connectors, matching frame sections and three stabilizing feet make setup straightforward. Because of the display’s size, two people are recommended for safe assembly.

Before Assembly

• Choose a clean, dry and level indoor location.
• Allow enough floor space to assemble the frame horizontally.
• Use two people when raising, positioning or moving the display.
• Keep fabric graphics away from dirty floors, sharp objects and liquids.
• Confirm that all frame sections, support poles, three feet, power components and graphics are present.
• Keep the light box disconnected from power during assembly.

Tool-Free Assembly Instructions

1. Position the bottom frame sections
   Place the three bottom horizontal frame sections on a clean, protected surface with the connection points properly aligned.
2. Connect the bottom frame
   Slide the horizontal sections together until each connector is fully seated and locked.
3. Install the stabilizing feet
   Attach all three feet to the bottom frame. Position one foot near each end and the third near the centre for balanced support.
4. Install the lower side profiles
   Insert the lower left and right vertical frame sections into the bottom corner connections. Ensure the push-button locks engage completely.
5. Add the vertical support poles
   Insert the internal vertical support poles into their designated connections along the bottom frame.
6. Assemble the horizontal support
   Connect the horizontal cross-support sections and secure them between the two side profiles. Connect them to the vertical support poles where indicated.
7. Complete the side profiles
   Add the upper left and right vertical sections. Confirm that the joints are flush and securely locked.
8. Install the top frame sections
   Connect the three upper horizontal profiles and attach them across the top of the display.
9. Check the completed frame
   Confirm that every connector is fully engaged, the support poles are straight and all three feet sit flat on the floor.
10. Install the SEG graphic
    Begin by pressing the silicone edge into the four corners of the frame channel. Insert the centre of each side next, then work evenly from the centres toward the corners. This method helps produce a smooth, wrinkle-free surface.
11. Install the second graphic when applicable
    For a double-sided display, install the rear graphic first and the front graphic last.
12. Connect the lighting
    Once the frame and graphics are completely installed, connect the supplied power components and plug the display into a suitable indoor electrical outlet.
13. Final inspection
    Turn on the LED lighting and check that the graphic is evenly tensioned, the illumination is consistent and the display is stable.

Installing and Replacing SEG Graphics

• Disconnect the display from power before removing or replacing a graphic.
• Remove the graphic gently from a corner or designated pull tab.
• Do not use knives, screwdrivers or sharp tools in the SEG channel.
• Avoid pulling directly on the printed fabric surface.
• When installing, secure the corners first, followed by the centres and remaining edges.
• If wrinkles appear, remove the affected section and reinstall it with even tension.
• Make sure the entire silicone edge is seated inside the channel before powering the display.

Graphic Care

• Handle printed graphics with clean, dry hands.
• Remove light dust with a clean lint roller or soft microfiber cloth.
• Spot-clean using cool water, mild soap and a soft cloth.
• Test any cleaning method on a small, inconspicuous area first.
• Do not use bleach, aggressive stain removers, solvents or abrasive cleaners.
• Follow the graphic’s care label before machine washing.
• Allow graphics to air-dry completely before installation or storage.
• For wrinkles, use a garment steamer on a low setting while keeping it moving. Steam the reverse side whenever possible.
• Never iron directly over the printed surface or silicone edging.
• Store graphics completely dry, preferably rolled loosely with the printed side facing outward.

Frame and LED Care

• Unplug the display before cleaning the frame or lighting components.
• Wipe the aluminum frame with a soft, dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth.
• Do not spray cleaning products directly onto the display.
• Keep water and cleaning liquids away from LED modules, connectors, cables and the power supply.
• Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals and solvent-based cleaners.
• Inspect the power cord and connectors before every use.
• Use only the compatible power components supplied with the display.
• Do not operate the light box if a cable, connector or power supply appears damaged.

Disassembly and Storage

1. Turn off and unplug the display.
2. Remove the front graphic, followed by the rear graphic when applicable.
3. Place clean, dry graphics in a protective bag or suitable storage tube.
4. Disassemble the top profiles and internal support poles.
5. Release the side profiles using the push-button connectors.
6. Separate the bottom horizontal sections and remove the three stabilizing feet.
7. Place each component in its designated protective compartment.
8. Store the packed display upright in a cool, clean and dry indoor location.

Do not force connectors apart or place heavy objects on top of the packed graphics, aluminum profiles, LED components or protective case.
