Correctly fitted fabric panels must be installed on both sides before illuminating the frame. Do not operate the light box with the LEDs exposed.

Graphic Printing Options

Single-Sided Printing

The front fabric panel is printed with your custom artwork, while the back uses an opaque light-blocking panel. This configuration concentrates the illumination toward the front-facing graphic.

Double-Sided Printing

Both fabric panels are custom printed and illuminated. The two sides may use identical artwork or different designs.

Replaceable Graphics

SEG graphics can be removed and replaced without purchasing another frame. This allows the display to be reused for new campaigns, seasonal promotions, products, sponsors and events.

Important Compatibility Information

Replacement graphics are manufactured specifically for the 6.5 ft × 8 ft QuickGlow Premium frame, with actual frame dimensions of 78.74″ W × 94.48″ H / 2000 × 2400 mm.

Graphics made for other light box models may use different silicone dimensions, fabric tension or channel positions and may not fit properly.

Counters, rigid flight cases, shelving, television mounts and other accessories are not included unless purchased separately.

Important production notes

• Submit artwork using the Full Artwork Size with Bleed, not the finished graphic dimensions.
• Keep logos, text and important design elements inside the template’s designated safe area.
• Artwork should be supplied in CMYK colour mode at 72–125 DPI at final size.
• Convert all fonts to outlines and embed linked images.
• Supply the final artwork as a print-ready PDF.
• The stabilizing feet extend beyond the 4.72″ frame depth. Because an exact assembled foot projection is not published in the technical documentation, additional floor clearance should be allowed.

Before Assembly

• Assemble the backlit SEG light box on a clean, dry and level indoor surface.
• Two-person assembly is recommended for the 6.5 ft × 8 ft display.
• Verify sufficient floor space and overhead clearance for the 94.48″-high frame.
• Place the fabric graphics on a clean surface, away from footwear, tools, liquids and sharp objects.
• Confirm that all aluminum frame sections, two stabilizing feet, centre support pole, power cord and graphics are present.
• Keep the power cord disconnected and the side power switch in the OFF position during assembly.
• Do not assemble or operate the display if the power cord, adapter, connectors or LED components appear damaged.

Tool-Free Assembly Instructions

No tools are required. The aluminum frame uses slide-and-snap connectors, while the LED modules and power adapter are pre-installed.

1. Arrange the labelled frame sections on the floor in their assembled positions. Ensure the LED modules face into the centre of the light-box cavity.
2. Attach both stabilizing feet to the lower horizontal frame section. Confirm that both feet are fully seated and rest flat on the floor.
3. Connect the lower left and right vertical sections to the bottom frame section. Slide each section into its connector until the locking button engages.
4. Install the horizontal centre support pole between the two vertical sides. Push both ends completely into their corresponding connection points.
5. Attach the upper vertical frame sections to the lower sections. Make sure every connection is straight, fully inserted and locked.
6. Install the upper horizontal frame section over the two vertical sides and press it into place.
7. Check that the frame is square, all locking buttons are engaged, the support pole is secure and both feet are stable.
8. Connect the power cord to the frame’s side power inlet, but leave it unplugged until the graphics have been installed.
9. Install the front and rear SEG panels, connect the display to a suitable indoor outlet and use the accessible side switch to turn on the LEDs.

Never force a connection. If two sections do not join smoothly, confirm their orientation and alignment before continuing.

Installing and Replacing SEG Graphics

Each fabric graphic has a thin silicone edge sewn around its perimeter. This silicone strip fits into the channel around the aluminum frame to create a smooth, tensioned presentation.

1. Turn off and unplug the light box before installing or replacing graphics.
2. Position the graphic with the printed side facing outward.
3. Insert a short section of the silicone edge into each of the four corners.
4. Press the silicone edge into the centre of each side.
5. Continue working from the centre toward the corners, alternating between opposite sides to distribute tension evenly.
6. Use your fingers only. Do not use screwdrivers, knives or other sharp tools.
7. Inspect the perimeter and press in any exposed silicone edge. Smooth the fabric gently without pulling or overstretching it.
8. For a double-sided display, repeat the process with the second printed graphic. For a single-sided configuration, install the supplied blockout or backing panel on the reverse side when included.

To remove a graphic, begin at its pull tab or one corner. Grip the silicone edge—not the printed fabric—and gently pull it from the channel. Do not yank or stretch the sewn perimeter.

Graphic Care

• Handle graphics with clean, dry hands. Lightweight cotton gloves are recommended for frequent installations.
• Remove surface dust with a clean, soft brush or dry microfiber cloth.
• For minor marks, spot clean gently with cool water and a small amount of mild soap. Test an inconspicuous area first.
• Allow the graphic to air-dry completely before reinstalling or packing it.
• Do not use bleach, solvents, abrasive cleaners or aggressive stain removers.
• Do not iron the silicone edge or place the graphic in a machine dryer.
• Most packing creases will become less visible once the graphic is properly tensioned. For persistent creases, remove the graphic and carefully steam the reverse side using the lowest setting. Keep the steamer moving and away from the silicone edge.
• Store graphics separately from the aluminum hardware. Loosely roll them with the printed surface facing inward when possible; otherwise, fold them loosely along existing fold lines.

Frame and LED Care

• Switch off and unplug the display before cleaning, inspecting or disassembling it.
• Clean the aluminum frame with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. A slightly damp cloth may be used on the aluminum only.
• Never spray cleaner or water directly onto the frame, LED modules, wiring, power inlet, switch or adapter.
• Do not use abrasive pads, harsh chemicals or solvent-based cleaners.
• Keep the SEG channels free from dirt and debris to ensure that replacement graphics fit correctly.
• Inspect the power cord, adapter and visible wiring before each use. Do not operate the display if any electrical component is loose, cut, crushed or damaged.
• Use only the supplied power system or an approved compatible replacement.
• Do not modify the wiring, open the power adapter or service LED components while the display is connected to power.
• The side-mounted power switch remains accessible during operation, so the graphics do not need to be removed to turn the light box on or off.

Disassembly and Storage

1. Turn off the light box, unplug it from the outlet and disconnect the power cord from the frame.
2. Allow the electrical components to cool before packing.
3. Remove the front and rear SEG panels by gently pulling the silicone edging from the frame channels.
4. Remove the upper horizontal frame section.
5. Release the locking connectors and remove the upper vertical sections.
6. Detach the centre support pole.
7. Remove the lower vertical sections, stabilizing feet and bottom frame section.
8. Pack each component in its designated padded compartment. Avoid bending the aluminum profiles or placing pressure on the LED modules and wiring.
9. Store clean, completely dry graphics separately from metal components whenever possible.
10. Keep the complete display in its protective carrying case in a cool, dry, climate-controlled location. Do not stack heavy objects on the case.

Indoor or Outdoor Use

This backlit SEG light box is designed for indoor use only. It is not weatherproof and does not have a published outdoor or water-resistance rating.

Do not expose the display to rain, snow, wind, direct water, excessive humidity or condensation. Do not use it on uneven ground or in an open-sided outdoor tent. Outdoor wind can overturn the display and damage the frame, stabilizing feet and electrical components.

The display is suitable for trade shows, conferences, retail stores, showrooms, corporate events and other dry, fully enclosed indoor environments.
