Important Production Notes

Before Assembly

  • Choose a clean, dry and level indoor location near a suitable electrical outlet.
  • Unpack the illuminated base, numbered aluminum tube sections, countertop, fabric graphic, power components and carry bag.
  • Place the fabric graphic on a clean surface to prevent dirt, scratches or snagging.
  • Confirm that all frame components are present and undamaged.
  • Inspect the power cord, adapter and electrical connections before each use. Do not operate the counter if any electrical component appears damaged.
  • Keep the counter disconnected from power throughout assembly and graphic installation.

Tool-Free Assembly Instructions

  1. Place the illuminated base on a clean, level floor with the LED lights facing upward.
  2. Match the numbered aluminum tube sections.
  3. Connect the corresponding sections until each push-button connector clicks securely into place.
  4. Attach the assembled tubular structure to the connection points on the illuminated base.
  5. Position the fabric graphic around the frame with the front and back artwork correctly oriented.
  6. Align and install the countertop over the upper frame connections.
  7. Confirm that all tubes, connectors, the base and the countertop are fully seated and stable.
  8. Install the silicone-edged graphic as described below.
  9. Connect the power supply only after the counter is fully assembled.
  10. Switch on the LED lighting and verify that the graphic is evenly illuminated.

No tools or specialized installation experience are required.

Installing and Replacing SEG Graphics

This counter uses a fitted tension-fabric graphic with silicone edging along the top and bottom.

  1. Disconnect the counter from power before installing or removing the graphic.
  2. Identify the front and back artwork before positioning the fabric around the frame.
  3. Fit the graphic evenly around the tubular structure without twisting the fabric.
  4. Begin with the corners of the upper silicone edge, followed by the centre points.
  5. Press the remaining silicone edge gradually into the upper channel.
  6. Repeat the process along the lower channel, alternating between sides to maintain even tension.
  7. Smooth the fabric by hand and adjust the silicone edging until the graphic appears centred and wrinkle-free.
  8. Confirm that no fabric is touching or obstructing the LED components.

To remove the graphic, gently pull the silicone edging out of the upper and lower channels. Do not pull directly on the printed fabric or use sharp objects.

Graphic Care

  • Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle using mild detergent.
  • Do not use bleach.
  • Tumble dry on a low-temperature setting.
  • Ensure the graphic is completely dry before installation or storage.
  • A fabric steamer may be used after installation to reduce wrinkles and fold lines.
  • Keep the steamer moving and avoid prolonged heat on one area.
  • Protect the silicone edging and sewn seams from stretching, folding or sharp objects.

Frame and LED Care

  • Disconnect the counter from power before cleaning, servicing or disassembling it.
  • Wipe the aluminum frame, base and countertop with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals or solvents.
  • Do not immerse the base, power supply, cords or LED components in water.
  • Keep liquids away from all electrical components.
  • Inspect the power cord, adapter and connectors regularly for damage.
  • Use only the compatible power components supplied or approved for this display.
  • Do not modify, bend or remove the integrated LED components.
  • Avoid dropping the countertop or placing excessive impact loads on the display.

Disassembly and Storage

  1. Switch off the LED lighting and disconnect the power supply.
  2. Allow the lighting components to cool before packing.
  3. Gently remove the silicone edging from the upper and lower channels.
  4. Remove the fitted fabric graphic without pulling on the seams.
  5. Remove the countertop.
  6. Depress the push buttons and separate the numbered tube sections carefully.
  7. Disconnect the tubular frame from the illuminated base.
  8. Fold or roll the clean, completely dry graphic loosely to minimize creasing.
  9. Pack the graphic separately from sharp frame components whenever possible.
  10. Place the hardware, electrical components and graphic in the carry bag.
  11. Store the counter indoors in a clean, dry, temperature-controlled location.

The Oval Backlit SEG Counter – QuickGlow Premium Series is designed for indoor use only.

Do not expose the counter to rain, snow, condensation, excessive humidity or strong wind. The illuminated base and electrical components are not weatherproof. Always install the counter on a stable, dry and level surface.
