Backlit SEG Counter – QuickGlow Premium Series

Choose a complete display package, replacement graphics for existing hardware, or the frame without printed graphics. Custom graphics are produced in full colour on premium backlit fabric using dye-sublimation printing. A silicone strip sewn around each graphic fits securely into the frame channel for a smooth, tensioned finish.

For double-sided packages, the same artwork or two different designs may be supplied for the front and back.

Complete Display – Single-Sided Graphic

A complete illuminated counter package with custom branding on one side. The opposite side is fitted with an unprinted light-blocking SEG panel to direct the illumination toward the printed graphic.

Package includes:

Important Production Notes

• Submit artwork using the Full Artwork Size with Bleed: 42.52″ × 42.52″ (1080 × 1080 mm).
• Keep logos, text and other important design elements within the 39.37″ × 39.37″ (1000 × 1000 mm) visible area.
• The additional 1.57″ (40 mm) around each side is required for sewing and installing the silicone edge. It may wrap beyond the visible face.
• For double-sided graphics, submit one complete artwork file for each side. The front and back may use matching or different designs.
• Prepare artwork in CMYK colour mode at 72–125 DPI at full production size.
• Convert fonts to outlines and embed all linked images.
• Supply final artwork as a print-ready PDF.
• The countertop and stabilizing feet extend beyond the published 4.72″ frame-body depth. Allow additional floor clearance when positioning the assembled counter.

Before Assembly

• Choose a clean, dry and level indoor surface with enough space to organize all components.
• Confirm that the aluminum frame sections, two stabilizing feet, countertop, power cord, graphics and carrying case are present.
• Keep food, beverages and sharp objects away from the fabric graphics.
• Handle the graphics with clean, dry hands or clean cotton gloves to prevent fingerprints and stains.
• Inspect the frame connections, LED components and power cord before assembly. Do not use the counter if any electrical component appears damaged.
• Keep the counter disconnected from power throughout assembly and graphic installation.

Tool-Free Assembly Instructions

1. Position the bottom horizontal frame section on the floor and attach the two stabilizing feet. Confirm that both feet are fully secured and properly aligned.
2. Insert the left and right vertical frame sections into the bottom section. Press the built-in push buttons as required and continue inserting each profile until the connections lock securely.
3. Install the top horizontal frame section over the two vertical profiles. Press down evenly until both connections are fully engaged.
4. Confirm that the assembled frame is straight, stable and securely locked before installing the graphics.
5. Install the front and rear SEG panels in their corresponding frame channels.
6. Position the countertop over the top frame section, align its attachment slots and lower it carefully into place.
7. Connect the power cord to the counter and then to a compatible grounded indoor outlet.
8. Turn on the lighting and confirm that the graphic surfaces are evenly illuminated.

Do not force the aluminum profiles together. If a connection does not engage easily, check the orientation and alignment before trying again.

Installing and Replacing SEG Graphics

Each fabric graphic includes a silicone strip sewn around its perimeter. This silicone edge fits into the recessed channel around the aluminum frame.

1. Disconnect the counter from power before installing or replacing graphics.
2. Identify the correct orientation of the artwork before beginning.
3. Insert the silicone edge into the four corners of the frame first.
4. Press the silicone into the centre of each side.
5. Continue working outward from the centre until the remaining silicone edge is fully inserted.
6. Smooth the graphic as you work, maintaining even tension across the entire surface.
7. Repeat the process on the opposite side when installing a double-sided graphic package.
8. Inspect all edges to confirm that the silicone is completely seated and that the graphic is smooth.

For a single-sided display, install the printed backlit graphic on the viewing side and the supplied unprinted light-blocking panel on the opposite side.

To remove a graphic, begin at one corner or removal tab and gently pull the silicone strip from the channel. Do not pull directly on the printed fabric, stretch the silicone edge or use sharp tools.

Graphic Care

• Handle graphics with clean, dry hands and avoid dragging them across dirty or abrasive surfaces.
• Remove dust with a clean, dry, lint-free cloth or a soft brush.
• For minor marks, gently spot-clean with cold water and mild detergent.
• When deeper cleaning is required, machine-wash in cold water on a gentle cycle using mild detergent.
• Do not use bleach, harsh chemicals, stain removers or fabric softener.
• Allow the graphic to air-dry completely before installation or storage.
• Do not iron the printed surface. A handheld steamer may be used carefully on a low setting to reduce wrinkles.
• Keep excessive heat away from the sewn silicone edge.
• Store graphics completely dry and loosely folded or rolled. Avoid creating sharp creases in the fabric or silicone edging.

Frame and LED Care

• Disconnect the power supply before cleaning, disassembling or servicing the counter.
• Wipe the aluminum frame and countertop with a soft, lint-free cloth.
• For more thorough cleaning, use a lightly dampened cloth and mild soap, then dry all surfaces completely.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, scouring pads or pressure-washing equipment.
• Keep liquids away from the LEDs, power connections and electrical components.
• Do not pull, twist, pinch or place heavy objects on the power cord.
• Use only the power supply provided or an approved compatible replacement.
• The LED lighting is pre-installed. Do not remove, modify or attempt to repair the LED components unless instructed by a qualified technician.
• Do not stand, sit or place excessive weight on the countertop.
• Allow the LEDs and power supply to cool before packing the display.

Disassembly and Storage

1. Turn off the counter, disconnect it from the electrical outlet and allow the lighting components to cool.
2. Remove the countertop and place it in its designated protective compartment.
3. Carefully remove the front and rear SEG graphics.
4. Release the push-button connections and remove the top horizontal frame section.
5. Disconnect the two vertical frame sections from the bottom section.
6. Remove the stabilizing feet if required for packing.
7. Coil the power cord loosely without creating sharp bends.
8. Return each component to its designated position inside the padded carrying case.

Make sure all components and graphics are clean and completely dry before packing. Store the counter indoors in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, moisture and heavy objects.

Indoor or Outdoor Use

The Backlit SEG Counter – QuickGlow Premium Series is designed for indoor use only.

The LED lighting, power supply and electrical connections are not weatherproof. Do not expose the counter to rain, snow, condensation, excessive moisture, strong wind or unstable outdoor surfaces. Always operate it in a dry environment using a compatible grounded indoor electrical outlet.
