Create a professional trade show or event backdrop in minutes with the Straight Fabric Pop-Up Display – QuickExpand Series. This portable display combines a collapsible aluminum lattice frame with a custom-printed fabric graphic to produce a clean, seamless and highly visible branded background.
The lightweight frame expands into position without tools, while the fabric graphic attaches securely using hook-and-loop fastening around the front and side end caps. When the event is finished, the display collapses into a compact format for convenient storage and transportation in the included soft carry bag.
Available in 8 ft, 10 ft and 20 ft widths, this reusable fabric pop-up display is an excellent solution for trade shows, conferences, corporate events, product launches, step-and-repeat photography, retail promotions and temporary branded environments. The existing product uses a lightweight aluminum frame, plastic locking hooks and interchangeable hook-and-loop graphics.

For shipping or frequent courier transport, it is safer to remove and fold the fabric separately so pressure is not placed on the frame joints. Canadian Display specifically recommends transporting the graphic separately from the frame when shipping the unit.

A full-colour dye-sublimated fabric graphic covers the front display area and wraps around the two side end caps for a finished appearance. The graphic attaches to the frame using sewn hook-and-loop material.

Easy Tool-Free Assembly
Expand the aluminum frame into position and secure the built-in locking hooks. Align the fabric graphic with the frame, then attach it gradually using the hook-and-loop perimeter. Smooth the fabric from the centre outward and wrap the printed end caps around both sides.
No tools are required. The 8 ft and 10 ft models can generally be handled by one person, while two people are recommended for easier and safer installation of the 20 ft model.
After use, detach the side portions of the graphic as required, release the frame locks and slowly collapse the display. Store the frame and fabric inside the carry bag.

Artwork Requirements
- Use the correct Graphic Stands template for the selected size.
- Create artwork in CMYK colour mode.
- Use 72–125 DPI at full finished size.
- Convert all fonts to outlines.
- Embed all linked images and graphics.
- Keep logos, text and important content inside the marked safety zone.
- Keep important content away from the side folds and sewing lines.
- Place non-critical background imagery through the end-cap areas.
- Submit artwork as a print-ready PDF whenever possible.
- High-resolution JPG files may also be accepted.
- Combine multiple files into one ZIP folder before uploading.
- Do not build artwork using only the nominal 8 ft, 10 ft or 20 ft measurement.
The current Graphic Stands templates instruct customers to use CMYK, 72–125 DPI, outlined fonts and PDF or JPG files.

Indoor or Outdoor Use
Indoor use is recommended.
This product is designed for trade shows, conferences, retail environments and other indoor events. The lightweight frame is not wind-rated, and the display is not designed for rain, snow or continuous outdoor exposure.
Do not use the display outdoors in windy or wet conditions. For outdoor events, customers should use a weighted outdoor backdrop, banner frame, tent wall or other weather-resistant display system.
