The QuickFit Straight Fabric Banner Stand – Economy Series is a portable indoor display designed for trade shows, retail promotions, corporate events, conferences and other professional environments. It combines a lightweight 25 mm aluminum tube frame, compact steel feet and a custom tension-fabric graphic to create a clean, modern and virtually frameless appearance.
The fabric graphic fits securely over the frame for a smooth presentation, while the narrow footprint makes the display suitable for booths, aisles, reception areas and spaces where floor space is limited.
Available in multiple widths, the QuickFit Straight Fabric Banner Stand can be used for promotional messaging, product presentations, branding, directional signage and event displays. The reusable frame can also be fitted with replacement graphics for future campaigns.

Graphic Options
Single-Sided Graphic
The single-sided option is recommended when the display will be positioned against a wall, inside a booth or in an area where it will mainly be viewed from the front.
The front is printed in full colour. The reverse side is not intended to function as a second promotional display face.
Double-Sided Graphic
The double-sided option is ideal for open spaces, trade-show aisles, retail environments and other locations where the display may be viewed from both directions.
The same artwork can be printed on both sides, or a different design can be supplied for each side.
Replacement Graphics
Replacement fabric graphics are available for customers who already own a compatible QuickFit Straight frame.
This allows the aluminum frame and steel feet to be reused when branding, messaging or promotional campaigns change.
Replacement graphics must match the exact size and configuration of the existing frame.

Easy Tool-Free Assembly
The QuickFit Straight Fabric Banner Stand is designed for fast assembly without specialized tools.
The aluminum tube sections connect using built-in push-button fittings. Once the frame has been assembled, the steel feet are attached at the bottom and the fabric graphic is carefully fitted over the structure.
Assembly Steps
- Remove the components from the carrying bag.
- Connect the matching aluminum tube sections.
- Confirm that each push button is fully locked.
- Attach the steel support feet.
- Carefully fit the fabric graphic over the frame.
- Secure the graphic using its integrated finishing system.
- Position the display on a clean and level surface.
To dismantle the stand, remove the graphic carefully, disconnect the tube sections and place all components back inside the carrying bag.
Avoid forcing the frame connections or pulling excessively on the printed fabric.

Artwork Requirements
Use the artwork template that corresponds to your selected display size. The full artwork size may be larger than the visible display area because additional material is required for sewing, finishing and fitting the graphic over the frame.
For best printing results:
- Submit artwork in CMYK colour mode.
- Use the correct template for the selected size.
- Keep important text and logos within the designated safe area.
- Extend backgrounds to the required bleed or sewing line.
- Convert fonts to outlines.
- Embed all linked images.
- Use high-resolution images.
- Submit a print-ready PDF whenever possible.
- Do not include crop marks unless requested.
- Avoid placing important content near seams and finishing areas.
- Verify spelling, phone numbers, addresses and website information before submitting the file.
For double-sided graphics, provide one artwork file for each side and clearly identify the front and back designs.
When uploading multiple files, combine them into one ZIP folder whenever possible.
Submitted artwork is reviewed for basic size and production compatibility. This review does not include professional proofreading, complete graphic design services or extensive file reconstruction.
Additional fees may apply when files require resizing, correction, reconstruction or design changes.
Printed colours may vary from colours displayed on a computer monitor. Exact colour matching is not guaranteed unless colour-matching arrangements are made before production.

Indoor or Outdoor Use
The QuickFit Straight Fabric Banner Stand is designed primarily for indoor use.
It is suitable for climate-controlled environments such as trade-show halls, retail stores, offices, shopping centres, hotels, showrooms and event venues.
The tall frame and compact steel feet are not designed to withstand wind, rain, snow or other outdoor weather conditions. Wind may cause the display to move or fall, which could damage the frame, graphic or nearby property.
The display should not be used:
- In rain or snow
- In windy conditions
- On uneven outdoor surfaces
- Near open flames or intense heat
- In locations where it may be left unattended outdoors
Temporary outdoor use should only be considered in a fully sheltered and controlled area with no wind or moisture exposure. The display must remain supervised and should be brought indoors immediately if conditions change.
