Complete Display – Single-Sided Graphic

Includes:

• One complete 40 mm aluminum SEG frame
• Stabilizing base feet

The graphic is installed on one side of the frame, while the opposite side remains without a graphic. A second graphic can be purchased later to convert the display into a double-sided presentation.

Recommended for: Displays positioned against a wall or in spaces where the message is viewed primarily from one direction.

• Sewn silicone edging for installation into one side of the compatible frame

The replacement graphic must match the exact size and specifications of your existing QuickEdge 40 mm SEG frame.

Recommended for: Updating one side of an existing display for a new promotion, campaign, event or seasonal message.

Important Production Notes

• The Full Artwork Size with Bleed is the complete supplier template size. Do not add additional bleed.
• Keep logos, text and important design elements inside the template’s designated safety zone.
• Supply artwork in CMYK colour mode at 72–125 DPI at full size.
• Convert fonts to outlines and submit the final artwork as a print-ready PDF.
• The stabilizing feet extend beyond the frame’s 1.57″ depth. ExpoMax does not publish their exact assembled projection, so additional floor clearance should be allowed.
• Package weights are ExpoMax’s published gross weights for the complete display carton. Final shipping weight may vary slightly according to the graphic package selected.

Before Assembly

• Choose a clean, level indoor surface with enough space to assemble the complete frame.
• Unpack all aluminum frame sections, connectors, stabilizing feet, graphic panels and accessories.
• Confirm that the frame components correspond to the selected display size.
• Inspect the aluminum sections, connection points and SEG channels for damage or debris.
• Wash and dry your hands or wear clean gloves before handling the printed fabric.
• Keep sharp objects, food, liquids and dirty tools away from the graphics.
• Do not force, bend or twist the aluminum components during assembly.
• Although one-person assembly is possible, two people are recommended when handling the wider 4 ft and 5 ft models.

Tool-Free Assembly Instructions

1. Lay the aluminum frame sections on a clean, protected surface with the SEG channels facing upward.
2. Arrange the sections according to their identification labels and the supplied assembly instructions.
3. Connect the corresponding frame sections until every joint is fully inserted and securely locked.
4. Continue connecting the horizontal and vertical sections until the complete rectangular frame is assembled.
5. Attach the stabilizing feet to the bottom of the frame using the integrated tool-free hardware. Position the feet so the display stands evenly and securely.
6. Check that all joints are properly connected and that the frame is straight and square.
7. Install the SEG graphic before placing the display in its final position.
8. Carefully raise the assembled display and confirm that it is stable on a level surface.

Always lift the display by its aluminum frame. Do not drag it by the feet or pull it using the fabric graphic.

Installing and Replacing SEG Graphics

1. Lay the assembled frame flat on a clean surface whenever possible.
2. Identify the four corners of the graphic and align them with the corresponding corners of the frame.
3. Press the silicone edge into each of the four frame corners first.
4. Insert the silicone edge at the centre of each side.
5. Continue working from the centre toward the corners, alternating between opposite sides to distribute the tension evenly.
6. Run your fingers gently along the perimeter to confirm that the silicone edge is fully seated in the channel.
7. If wrinkles or loose areas remain, carefully lift the affected silicone edge and reinstall it. Do not pull or overstretch the fabric.
8. For a double-sided display, repeat the same process with the second graphic on the opposite side. The front and back may feature identical or different artwork.

To replace a graphic, begin at one corner and gently pull the silicone edge out of the channel. Continue gradually around the frame without using sharp tools. Install the replacement graphic using the corner-first method above.

Graphic Care

• Handle graphics with clean, dry hands or clean gloves.
• Avoid contact with sharp objects, rough surfaces, adhesives, oils and chemicals.
• For light dust, use a clean, dry microfiber cloth or a soft brush.
• Spot-clean small marks with a soft damp cloth and mild soap. Test an inconspicuous area first and avoid aggressive rubbing.
• A fabric steamer may be used after the graphic is installed to reduce wrinkles and fold lines. Use a low setting and keep the steamer moving to avoid overheating the fabric or silicone edging.
• Do not iron directly over the printed surface or silicone edge.
• Allow the graphic to dry completely before packing or storing it.
• Store graphics loosely rolled or carefully folded in a clean, dry protective bag. Avoid sharp folds and heavy objects that may create permanent creases.
• Contact Graphic Stands before machine-washing the graphic, as care requirements may vary by fabric and finishing method.

Frame Care

• This is a non-lit SEG display and does not contain LEDs, electrical wiring or a power supply.
• Wipe the aluminum frame and feet with a soft cloth. Use mild soap and water when necessary.
• Do not use abrasive pads, harsh solvents or chemical cleaners.
• Keep the SEG channels free of dust, fabric fibres and debris.
• Periodically inspect the connectors, joints and stabilizing feet for looseness, wear or damage.
• Do not lean, climb on or attach unsupported accessories to the frame.
• Replace damaged components before using the display again.
• Keep the hardware away from prolonged moisture, extreme heat and corrosive environments.

Disassembly and Storage

1. Remove all SEG graphics carefully, beginning at one corner.
2. Place each graphic on a clean surface and roll or fold it loosely for storage.
3. Lay the empty frame flat on a protected surface.
4. Detach the stabilizing feet.
5. Unlock and separate the frame sections in the reverse order of assembly.
6. Pull the components straight apart without twisting or forcing the connectors.
7. Inspect and clean all components before packing.
8. Return the frame sections, feet and accessories to the supplied carry bag.
9. Store the display indoors in a clean, dry location away from moisture, direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Do not pack or store a damp graphic. Avoid placing heavy items on the carry bag, as this could bend the aluminum sections or damage the connectors.

Indoor or Outdoor Use

The Freestanding SEG Fabric Banner Stand – QuickEdge Premium Series is intended for indoor use only. It is not engineered or certified for wind, rain, snow or other outdoor conditions.

Place the display on a firm, level surface and away from open exterior doors, strong air currents and high-traffic areas where it could be knocked over. Do not use the stand outdoors, even with added weights, unless a qualified professional has approved a site-specific installation.
