Fabric Pop-Up Counter – QuickPop Essential Series

Choose a complete portable counter package, replacement graphics for existing compatible hardware, or the frame without printed graphics. Custom graphics are produced in full colour on dye-sublimated fabric and attach securely to the front and sides of the counter using a hook-and-loop fastening system.

The printed graphic set includes separate panels for the front and two sides. The rear of the counter remains open for convenient access to the interior shelf and storage area.

Important Production Notes

• Submit artwork using the supplied product template.
• Design the artwork as one continuous wraparound composition covering the front and both side panels.
• Keep logos, text, QR codes and other important elements away from panel transitions, outer edges and hook-and-loop attachment areas.
• Do not place critical information on the narrow attachment areas at the two rear edges.
• The rear of the counter is not printed and remains open for access to the interior shelf.
• Replacement graphics must be produced specifically for the 3.5 ft × 3.3 ft QuickPop Essential frame.
• Graphics designed for other pop-up counter models may use different dimensions, panel divisions or attachment positions and may not fit correctly.
• This product does not support a rear or double-sided graphic.

Before Assembly

• Choose a clean, dry and level indoor surface with enough room to fully expand the counter.
• Remove the frame, countertop, interior shelf, graphic support bars and fabric graphics from the carrying bag.
• Check that all components are present and free from visible damage before beginning assembly.
• Keep the fabric graphics away from dirty, wet or abrasive surfaces.
• Handle the countertop and shelf carefully to prevent scratches, chips or edge damage.
• Keep fingers clear of the folding frame joints while expanding or collapsing the counter.
• Do not force any component into position. Confirm that the frame is fully opened and properly aligned before installing the shelf or countertop.
• Use the countertop and interior shelf only for lightweight promotional materials, brochures, tablets and small product samples. A maximum load capacity has not been specified for this model.

Tool-Free Assembly Instructions

1. Position the frame: Place the collapsed aluminum frame upright on a clean, level surface.
2. Expand the frame: Hold the frame securely and gently pull it open until the accordion structure is fully expanded and standing evenly. Keep your hands away from the folding joints during this step.
3. Attach the graphic support bars: Install the supplied support bars across the front and both sides of the expanded frame. Confirm that each bar is properly seated and aligned before continuing.
4. Install the interior shelf: From the open rear of the counter, position the shelf onto its designated frame supports. Check that it sits flat and stable.
5. Install the fabric graphics: Align the front and side fabric panels with their corresponding frame sections. Press the hook-and-loop edges firmly and evenly onto the frame, working gradually from one edge to the other.
6. Smooth the graphics: Gently adjust the fabric to remove wrinkles, loose areas and uneven edges. Confirm that the front and side graphics are straight and properly tensioned.
7. Install the countertop: Carefully place the countertop onto the top of the expanded frame. Confirm that it is centred, properly seated and stable.
8. Complete a final inspection: Check that the frame is fully expanded, the support bars are secure, the shelf is level, the graphics are firmly attached and the countertop does not shift.

No tools are required for standard assembly.

Graphic Care

• The dye-sublimated fabric graphics may be machine washed in cold water using a gentle cycle and mild detergent.
• Do not use bleach, fabric softener or harsh cleaning chemicals.
• Tumble dry using a low-temperature setting or allow the graphics to air dry.
• Make sure the graphics are completely dry before reinstalling, folding or placing them in the carrying bag.
• Do not iron directly over the printed surface.
• A handheld fabric steamer may be used at a safe distance to reduce wrinkles and fold lines.
• For best results, install the graphic on the frame before steaming so the fabric is held in its proper position.
• Keep the steamer moving continuously and avoid concentrating heat on one area.
• Remove dust between uses with a clean, dry microfibre cloth or a soft brush.
• Avoid pulling excessively on the hook-and-loop edges, as this may damage the stitching or distort the fabric.
• Do not drag the printed graphic across floors, countertops or rough surfaces.
• Store graphics clean and completely dry to help prevent stains, odours and mildew.
• Replacement graphics must be made specifically for the Fabric Pop-Up Counter – QuickPop Essential Series to ensure correct dimensions and attachment placement.

Frame Care

• Wipe the aluminum frame with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
• Clean the countertop and shelf with a soft damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
• Dry all components completely before packing or storing the counter.
• Do not use abrasive pads, solvent-based cleaners, bleach or strong chemicals on the frame, countertop or shelf.
• Do not immerse the frame, countertop or shelf in water.
• Periodically inspect the folding joints, graphic support bars and hook-and-loop attachment areas for dirt, wear or damage.
• Remove debris from the hook-and-loop fasteners carefully to maintain a secure graphic attachment.
• Open and close the frame gently and evenly. Do not force, twist or step on the accordion structure.
• Protect the countertop and shelf from sharp objects, excessive moisture, direct heat and heavy loads.
• Replace damaged components before using the counter again.

Disassembly and Storage

1. Remove all promotional materials and personal items from the countertop and interior shelf.
2. Lift the countertop straight upward and place it on a clean, protected surface.
3. Remove the interior shelf through the open rear of the counter.
4. The fabric graphics may be carefully removed for separate storage or left attached to the frame for faster future setup.
5. When removing the graphics, separate the hook-and-loop edges gradually. Do not pull sharply on the fabric or stitched attachment areas.
6. Remove the graphic support bars if required for compact packing.
7. Hold the frame securely and collapse the accordion structure slowly and evenly, keeping fingers away from the folding joints.
8. Make sure the frame, graphics, countertop and shelf are clean and completely dry.
9. Place all components carefully inside the supplied carrying bag. Protect the countertop and shelf from rubbing directly against metal components whenever possible.
10. Store the packed counter upright or flat in a clean, dry and temperature-controlled location.

Do not place heavy objects on top of the packed counter. Avoid storage in damp basements, hot vehicles or areas exposed to extreme temperature changes.

Indoor or Outdoor Use

This counter is designed primarily for indoor use in trade show booths, conference venues, retail environments, showrooms and other controlled promotional spaces.

It is not designed as a weather-resistant outdoor counter. Do not expose it to:

• Rain, snow or standing water
• Strong wind or sudden wind gusts
• Excessive humidity
• Prolonged direct sunlight
• Uneven, muddy or unstable ground
• Extreme heat or freezing temperatures

Temporary use in a fully covered and weather-protected outdoor location may be possible only under calm, dry conditions and with continuous supervision. Bring the counter indoors immediately if weather conditions change.

The lightweight frame and countertop should never be left unattended outdoors.
