Create professional branded pathways, queue lines and designated areas with the QuickFit Custom Fabric Crowd Control Barrier. Designed for trade shows, corporate events, retail environments, hospitality spaces and promotional activations, this portable display combines a durable aluminum tube frame with a full-colour custom-printed tension fabric graphic.
The freestanding frame is supported by two round base plates for stable placement on flat surfaces. The stretch fabric graphic fits smoothly over the frame, creating a clean, polished appearance with excellent visibility for logos, promotional messages, directional information and event branding.
Choose between single-sided and double-sided printing depending on how the barrier will be positioned and viewed. Replacement graphics are also available separately, allowing you to reuse the same hardware for future promotions, seasonal campaigns and events.
Several barriers can be placed side by side or arranged at different angles to create queue lines, pedestrian pathways, registration areas, VIP sections and branded event zones.

Graphic Options
Single-Sided Graphic
Recommended when the custom crowd control barrier will mainly be viewed from one direction. Your artwork is printed on the front-facing side, while the reverse is finished according to the selected fabric construction.
Double-Sided Graphic
Recommended for open spaces, walkways and queue lines where the barrier will be visible from both directions. The double-sided option provides full-colour branding on both sides for maximum visibility.
Replacement Graphic
Update your branding, promotional message or event design without purchasing a new frame. Replacement tension fabric graphics are available separately in single-sided and double-sided configurations.
The graphics are produced using dye-sublimation printing, allowing the ink to bond directly with the fabric fibres for rich colour, sharp details and a professional finish.

Easy Tool-Free Assembly
The QuickFit Crowd Control Barrier is designed for fast and convenient setup.
Connect the aluminum tube sections using the integrated push-button fittings, secure the assembled frame to the two round base plates and install the tension fabric graphic over the frame.
No specialized tools are required for standard assembly. After the event, the frame can be disassembled into compact sections and stored inside the included soft carrying bag.
The portable modular design makes the barrier easy to transport between trade shows, retail locations, conferences and promotional events.

Visible Graphic Area:
1000 mm wide × 950 mm high

Keep all important logos, text, phone numbers, website addresses and essential design elements inside the designated visible and safe areas.
For the best printing results:
- Prepare artwork at full size
- Use CMYK colour mode
- Submit images at approximately 72–125 DPI at final size
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all linked images
- Submit a print-ready PDF whenever possible
- High-quality JPG files may also be accepted
- Avoid placing important information near sewing lines and finished edges
Submitted artwork will be reviewed before production. You will be contacted if an important technical issue is identified.

Indoor or Outdoor Use
The QuickFit Custom Fabric Crowd Control Barrier is suitable for indoor use and controlled outdoor environments.
For outdoor applications, the barrier should be placed on a stable, level surface and properly secured when necessary. Outdoor performance can vary depending on wind direction, weather conditions, surface type and product placement.
Do not leave the barrier unattended outdoors or use it during strong winds, storms or severe weather. Move the display indoors whenever conditions become unsafe.
